Style Confident ("we", "I") is the personal styling practice of Kelly Harvey-Welsh, operating in London and Surrey, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information is collected when you use this website or book a styling service, and how it is used.

What information is collected

• Booking details. When you book a consultation, the booking system (Cal.com) collects your name, email address, and any notes you choose to share about your styling needs.
• Email correspondence. If you email kelly@styleconfident.co.uk, your message and contact details are retained so your enquiry can be answered.
• Styling preferences. During styling work, information you share about sizes, budget, and preferences is used solely to deliver the service you've booked.

What is not collected

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site uses a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Cal.com — appointment scheduling when you open the booking form.
• Google Fonts — typefaces used on this site.
• Instagram and TikTok — outbound links only; nothing is shared with these platforms unless you click through.

How long information is kept

Client information is kept only as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email kelly@styleconfident.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
