Terms of Service

These terms apply to styling services provided by Style Confident, the independent personal styling practice of Kelly Harvey-Welsh, and to your use of this website. By booking a service you agree to these terms.

Services

Style Confident offers personal styling services including wardrobe edits, personal shopping, colour analysis, online styling sessions, bridal styling, and event styling. Details, durations, and prices for each service are listed on the services page. Bespoke services are quoted individually.

Bookings and payment

• Sessions are booked through the online booking system or by email, and confirmed once the date is agreed.
• Prices shown are for the session itself. Any clothing or accessories purchased during or after a session are paid for separately by you, at your discretion.
• Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible by emailing kelly@styleconfident.co.uk. Reasonable rescheduling requests are always accommodated where possible.

Styling advice

All styling advice is given in good faith and tailored to the preferences, budget, and goals you share. Final purchasing decisions are always yours, and Style Confident is independent — recommendations are not sponsored by any retailer.

Independence

Style Confident is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Marks & Spencer. Kelly's role as a stylist at M&S Battersea Power Station is separate from the services offered here.

Website content

All content on this website — text, photography, and branding — belongs to Style Confident and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, Style Confident's liability in connection with a session is limited to the fee paid for that session.
